These 24" x 18" boards have matching sets of pin-back buttons and keychains, each displaying a letter of the alphabet. As parents drop their child(ren) off in your nursery, pin the button to the child's back and give the parent the matching keychain. When the parent or guardian returns, they trade in the keychain for the correct child.
